Since it can never be assumed that there will be no wind, we always recommend professional securing. We recommend using the 60 lbs base weights for all canopy tents measuring 10x10 ft or more (10x10 ft , 15x10 ft, 13x6.5 ft, 13x13 ft, 20x10 ft, 20x13 ft and 26x13 ft). For maximum stability, we recommend placing the 60 lbs base weights on all 4 or 6 feet of the canopy tent, which not only increases the weight of the canopy tent but also its support surface.

We recommend using the 33 lbs base weights only for small canopy tents (5x5 ft, 6.5x6.5 ft, 10x5 ft and 10x6.5 ft). For all other sizes, we recommend using them as an additional weight to the 60 lbs base weights, as this combination gives the canopy tent even more stability.

However, if you want to leave the pop up gazebo outside all season and have the possibility to do so, we recommend drilling holes in the asphalt and fastening the pop up gazebo with 10 cm screws. This ensures long-term stability.
